Life skills with culturally sensitive and equally accessible problem solving skills and a personal development programme to asylum seekers, and refugees because of the loss of family and friends' support, social isolation, loss of status, shock, uncertainty, racism, hostility from the local population, housing difficulties, poverty and loss of choice, especially having been subjected to torture
